About me

I am where I am today because I found a life coach. I worked through the process and when it was really uncomfortable that’s where my breakthroughs happened.

My Story

I was diagnosed with a life changing illness in July 2019. I had two choices: allow this to take over and define me or use it to CHANGE myself for the better.

Using mental strength, focusing on the results I set myself, along with my positive and optimistic attitude, the approach i took not only reversed my symptoms, but I completely stopped the progression of the illness and became symptom free within a short period of time.

My determined mindset and the experience of having my own coach at that time enabled my success. Stopping my illness was one goal, but I also achieved many others and continue to do so because of the lifelong skills I learned

Recognised Qualifications

My life experiences have lead me to becoming a coach. After comfortably working in a different role for 14 years I returned to third level education. Managing a business,Studying full time and being a parent, I quickly learned I was capable of experiencing sucessful growth.

I studied with Positive Success Group from the Marino Institute of Education where I attained my Accredited Diploma, Practitioner of Coaching with Neuroscience.

I have always been fascinated with understanding others. I love learning about and listening to people.

I continue to further my studies with two more accredited Practitioner certificates. One in neuro linguistics programme (NLP) and the other in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I love to feed myself with information regularly. Learning is a journey, not a destination.

We all have different experiences at different times in our lives: child, teenager, parent; sibling, partner, employee; employer.

In each stage we learn so much about who we are and what we are about. With coaching I will show you how to stay anchored to your true self and find out what best works for you in your life.

Have you ever experienced an ‘ah-ha’ moment?

One of those instant thoughts that you need to write down to remember it? That’s how my logo happened for me. It may look quite simple but that creative burst of energy is a moment I will always enjoy recalling. I remember the friend I was with, where we were, and the whole experience of that moment.

The pyramid and triangle shape is the most powerful structure in the world. The bottom of the pyramid represents a solid foundation, whereas the pointed top represents being able to reach into higher realms of consciousness. Much like the human body: our feet firmly on the ground (the bottom of the pyramid), our minds at the top, always collecting and gathering data (the pointed top).

Due to its shape, any energy that enters the pyramid has the ability to be cleansed and purified. It’s as if the pyramid acts as a filter (just as our minds and thoughts filter everything we take in). Pyramids are said to generate negative ions which balance the body’s electromagnetic field and deliver healing (just like our minds and thought processes, we can choose to let the negative thinking flow through us without getting stuck within us).

The Anchor: a symbol of hope and of determination. It represents stability, security, and being grounded. It demonstrates that a person is in tune with themselves and that they hold onto the values they believe in.

My logo is an important part of my coaching process and my journey. For me the combination together represents strength, stability, determination; hope, focus, values, beliefs, and so much more. With ‘Anchor Your Awareness’ coaching, I look forward to the awareness you discover.
